Today I am sharing an art journal page tutorial with a quick background made with acrylic inks, Neocolor II crayons and stamps from Mix It Up 1 and Mix It Up 5. I also use a bit of collage and my focal image is a collage fodder embellishment, which was made with one of the Butterflies from the Butterflies and Moths set.

All you need is some gummed paper tape (Nassklebeband), a gelli plate and our Mix It Up 5 and Mix It Up 6 stamp set. These vintage tapes are great for collages, papercrafts or for your junk journals.

I made them years ago with an old book cover and a lot of junky papers. I love to work in this journal whenever I have absolutely no idea what to create. I just blob down colors and go with the flow.
