Mixed Media ATCs with handmade Washi Tape

Hi there, Susanne here! Last saturday I shared a fun video over on my YouTube channel on how to make your own washi tape! All you need it paper activated tape, a gelli plate and of course some stamps! The video is linked in the post! I used the washi tapes to create a mixed media background on the ATCs. The base of the ATCs are made from some old cardboard! This is a great surface to work on and the cardboard gives you some dimension which is quite interesting!

Collage Paper Collection using and Old Book and Stamps

Hi everyone, Susanne here today. I wanted to share a nice way on how to create and store collage papers using an old book and some mark making stamps. I recently went to a book-market and grabed a very old maths book. The pages are full with numbers and because of their age they already have this yellow/brown color. I thought they are perfect to use as collage papers. Click continue for some process videos and more ideas.

Rainbow Birthday Cards with Mix It Up 2

Hi there, Susanne here again. I am sharing two birthday cards today, made with a gelli printed background. I picked one with a rainbow look and embossed some rainbows from our Pencil Marks 2 on with glitter powder. For the focal image I stamped a lined background from Mix It Up 2, cut it out and used a fun border die on one side. I colored it with watercolors and added the sentiment and some stars.
